I am completely happy/satisfied with the installation of my cabinets and counter tops. The process from coordinating my wishes with Giovanna/Alex to the final installation of items went as smoothly as possible. All appointments regarding the installation were met on time, and the workmanship by the fabricators and installers was excellent. They have genuinely transformed my kitchen. We are so thankful for Kroner granite, and will be using them for future projects! My husband and I have done all the renovations ourselves on our new home, and this was our first time having someone else come in and do the work. We weren't sure what to expect, but Kroner went above and beyond to answer questions, make sure we were informed, and it resulted in a gorgeous kitchen! Their prices beat out ALL competition, and we were able to afford the kitchen of our dreams. Giovanna was wonderful, and really knows her stuff. We were deciding between two options, one much more pricey than the other, and she was not pushy at all. She gave us information about each, and let us decide. Alex and Sasha came to install the counters, and they were thorough, efficient, and very professional! They did such an incredible job, and Alex was kind enough to answer my million questions over text in the days leading up to installation. He made sure that we were happy with their work before he left, and even texted a couple days later to make sure everything was still to our satisfaction! This kind of customer service is only found in a small, family-owned business like Kroner.
It's hard to put in words the transformation my kitchen has gone through. I used to come home from work and hate my old formica counter tops. Now I come home to my sanctuary of beautiful granite provided by Kroner USA. From start to finish I had a very pleasant experience. As a savvy consumer, I did quite a bit of research into my purchase. I obtained several quotes. Many were higher than I was willing to pay, and some were similar. The difference was in the quality of stone, the friendliness, and professionalism exuded by everyone at Kroner. Alex and Giovana were very accommodating to my needs. They bent over backwards to install in the time frame I requested and they did an excellent job. Claudio came by to touch up a few items because the initial install ran a little late. Kroner Granite did a fantastic job. We called them after our kitchen was partially demolished (Due to water damage) and they did an awesome job rebuilding the cabinets and installing the rest of the kitchen (sink, faucet, countertops). The team were very accommodating to our schedule and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

I cannot praise Kroner Granite enough! Alex and Giovana were very helpful when it came to my kitchen and bathroom remondel. They have excellent craftsmanship. Home construction can be very stressful and overwhelming but the team completed these two projects in my home very quickly.
